I am a Security/Paramedic and work the swing shift, I get alarms and calls at night so I wanted something small I could have at all times. I am using the holster with a SureFire G2 works great and is low profile.
The holster works great, I bought a Klarus XT12 and it did not come with a holster. The standard utility belt holster's come in a small(which didn't fit at all) and a large(which as soon as I started running my Klarus popped right out and I had to go back and look for it). Except for a few minor scratches at the bottom portion of the flashlight, this holster works perfectly and I'd rather have scratches then lose a $70 flashlight
I work in law enforcement and always need a good flashlight on my duty belt. I saw this one on a co-worker and loved it. My only complaint is that I tried a few other cheap but very high quality flashlights initially, but they wouldn't fit into this holster.
I work back stage, often in poor light, to record and video concerts. I carry a small SureFire GFX tactical flashlight so I can see what I'm doing, especially when setting up. I've used a series of soft belt carriers with mixed success, including dropping the flashlight accidentally. This holster is definitely secure, holding the flashlight with an internal spring clip. My only objection is that it is a bit noisy when I need to use it discretely.
Holds the flashlight securely and it won't come out until you take it out. You can even carry the light with the lamp down.
