You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I ordered the Black Camo, which appears in the picture to be a black multicam pattern, but received something with a completely different pattern that looks like grey and black snakeskin. Not pleased at all. It's been a few days since I contacted their support team, but I have yet to hear back from them.
Size good, went fishing with it and it worked wellcolor was beautiful for the camouflage
All zippers work well and the hood protects the head. One comment about the SIZE. This jacket is cut SLIM. I'm 5'8 and 175 lbs and take a large size in shirts and Jackets. - so I ordered a Large. It's NOT tight on me but if you want it more loose fitting - go 1 size up. ALSO - I put a sweatshirt on under it and it still felt good. Good value - good quality.
Great jacket for the price with more options than any other jacket Ive owned including military.
i needed a light functional warm rain jacket to wear over a hoodie beings thats all i wear in the winter, and for the price you cant go wrong, it has three zipper compartments two on the left arm. and one on the right... and a great compartment on the back great for storing gloves or hat/scarf
