You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

These worked perfectly for skiing. I bought these for the mountains, and I'm so glad I did. I used to have big bib overalls for skiing, but bulky and baggy ski gear isn't in fashion anymore. I took a chance that these would work. A nice fit, and YES, I got them over my ski boot.
Very pleased with these pant for daily winter walking and hiking. I walk 5 miles each morning and I needed comfortable, light weight, wind and water proof pants. These really hit the mark at a good value.
I know these are snow pants; but for me they are the best for working outside in the garden, clearing brush in the yard, going for walks, hikes, etc. and especially during cooler days.
I've been wearing these pants everyday for about 5 days now because the weather has been cold and I wanted to test the seams that some people seem to be complaining about. I've been testing these pants so I can take them hiking with me in a much colder and harsher climate, so I wanted to make sure it's warm enough and wouldn't rip up on me.
Im shocked by how great these are for the price. Ive never had snowboard pants that can be custom fit just to my size, which makes for great overall all day comfort.oved these pants. So comfortable for chilly days around the house.
