You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Premium Quality Material hammocks are made with 210T Parachute Nylon. The material is soft, breathable, mildew-resistant and, if cared for, will last for a long lifetime.

I used this hammock in the mountains of Virginia in a thunderstorm and it done great! It has the perfect amount of material so the hammock doesn't "swallow" you when you lay in it. It would be the perfect depth to utilize a sleeping mat if desired.

One thing I would really like to point out is typically products of this type of material such as kids' play parachutes often have a strong chemical smell, and I was really surprised to find, that even straight out of the package, this hammock doesn't have that. When lying it in the forest (see video) I could just enjoy the fresh air (and lack of mosquitos thanks to the net!) without any offensive smells covering it up.
At first I was hesitant about getting a hammock with a net that hangs with two strings, but it is very easy. Just tie it off on the side of the tree to the hammock straps with a couple of half hitches. It is very quick and painless.
All in all we are happy campers with these purchases and they will become a regular addition to our hiking / camping trips.
The material seems durable, all the parts had a decent quality feel to them, and they help the weight and were very stable and comfortable. That night we decided to sleep in them for the whole night and they absolutely did the job.
