You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I have several packs ready for emergencies with food, water and first aid. However, I needed a bag for my vehicle with shoes, clothes and other essentials.
So far I like the bag, in the package it will look small since its vacuum sealed but it is huge, more space than I expected but it is a 45L.
This is the real tactical backpack, it has pockets and compartments for everything, it fits my large laptop, my big tablet, all my power supplies, cables and gear, my big notepad briefcase, and it has front pockets to fit my handy essentials such as my two mobile phones, sunglasses, NC headphones, powerbank etc.
Still have plenty of room for a weekend set of clothes and a pocket on the back probably for a water bladder.
After reading the reviews on this product, I decided to purchase it. I have had it in use for the last 2 nights.
Plenty of room for all the items I carry on a daily basis for work. Rain coat, food, my electronics tablet, etc. I would recommend this product.
